The problem we kept living
We've run the Friday scramble too many times — six people pinged for numbers, a spreadsheet rebuilt by hand, a report finished minutes before the meeting. The data always existed. Getting it in, on time, from the right person was the part that never stuck.
Tools didn't solve it. Dashboards wait to be checked. New apps wait to be adopted. The work that actually moved the number — the chasing — stayed manual, and stayed ours.
So we built the opposite of a dashboard. CEOTXT pushes. It texts each owner when their number is due, escalates the gaps, and delivers one clean report by SMS and email. Nothing to check, because it already arrived.
