Reminders now respect workspace quiet hours from 20:00 to 08:00.
CEOTXT now respects quiet hours from 20:00–08:00 in each workspace timezone. Reminder delivery uses email → SMS → SMS, with the T-24h reminder sent by email and failover added so reminders still go out if a channel fails. Close times near quiet hours may shift reminder timing; for a 09:00 close, reminders send at 08:00 and 08:30. Close times before 09:00 are not recommended.
