Sub-processors — CEOTXT

The third parties that process data on behalf of CEOTXT and Rokter AS. What each one does, what data it receives, and where it is processed.

Rokter AS uses the sub-processors listed below to operate CEOTXT. Each sub-processor is bound by a data processing agreement and is reviewed before and during the engagement.

Marketing site analytics

Google Ireland Limited (Google Analytics 4) — page URL, referrer, anonymised IP, device metadata, randomised client ID. Processed in the EU and US under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Meta Platforms Ireland Limited (Meta Pixel) — marketing attribution for paid-campaign measurement. Processed in the EU and US under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Webfont delivery

Google Ireland Limited (Google Fonts) — Inter typeface served at page load. IP address only, no cookies.

Product hosting and operations

Cloud infrastructure provider — application hosting, database, and weekly close execution.

Communication providers — transactional email and SMS for KPI reminders, escalation, and report delivery.

Stripe — billing and subscription management. CEOTXT never sees card numbers.
