Editorial Policy
How CEOTXT and Rokter publish KPI ownership content: sourcing, corrections, disclosures, and evidence-based standards.
Last updated: December 25, 2025Publisher: Rokter AS (CEOTXT® / Rokter®)Contact: post@ceotxt.com
These standards govern editorial content published on our sites (including articles, guides, playbooks, FAQs, and public educational pages). This policy is informational and not legal advice.
We publish editorial content to help founders, CEOs, and leadership teams build clearer execution systems. Our goal is usefulness and trust — not clicks.
This policy sits alongside (and does not replace) our Terms and Privacy Policy.
We commit to:
- writing for humans, not algorithms
- prioritizing clarity and practicality over trend-chasing
- publishing fewer pieces, but making them stronger
- being explicit about assumptions and limitations
- We do not sell positive coverage.
- Commercial decisions do not override editorial judgment.
- If we mention our own products (CEOTXT, Rokter products), we do so transparently and hold ourselves to the same accuracy standards as any other mention.
Every article should display:
- Author name (with an author page or bio)
- Published date
- Updated date (if changes are made)
When appropriate, we add:
- “Reviewed by” (specialist review)
- a short “What changed” note for material updates
We prefer:
- primary sources (standards, official docs, peer-reviewed research)
- reputable secondary sources (recognized publishers)
We require:
- claims with numbers/statistics to include scope + timeframe (“as of…”, “in 2024…”, “in a sample of…”)
- quotes to be accurate and attributed
- clear separation of fact vs opinion
No speculation presented as fact.If we infer, we label it (“We infer…”, “Our view is…”).
No plagiarism. We do not publish copied text.
- If an article includes research claims, it must include references.
- We do not publish pages that show empty reference sections (e.g., “No items found.”).
- Citations must be readable and verifiable.
If a linked source changes materially, is corrected, or is retracted, we update our article where appropriate.
AI can be used as a tool — it cannot be the author.
Allowed uses:
- outlining
- language polishing
- summarizing provided sources
- structural edits
Prohibited uses:
- inventing facts, quotes, case studies, or sources
- generating references that were not verified
- publishing AI-generated drafts without human planning, verification, and approval
Disclosure:If AI materially assisted drafting, we include a short disclosure at the bottom of the article.
Accountability:A human editor is responsible for every published piece.
We disclose relevant relationships, including:
- ownership (we own and operate CEOTXT / Rokter products)
- partnerships that relate to a topic
- affiliate relationships (if any)
- paid sponsorship (if any)
If a piece is sponsored, it must be labeled clearly at the top.
Corrections
- We correct material errors as soon as reasonably possible.
- We add a “Correction” note describing what changed and when.
Updates
- For evolving topics, we update content and adjust the Updated date.
- For material updates, we may add a short “What changed” note.
Retractions
- If a piece is fundamentally flawed, we may unpublish it and leave a notice at the original URL (or redirect with an explanation).
If we compare tools, methods, or approaches, we:
- state criteria and assumptions
- note limits of testing
- avoid “guaranteed outcome” language
We do not publish claims like “this will grow your revenue” as fact. Outcomes depend on context.
- We do not publish confidential information shared under NDA.
- We do not publish sensitive personal data.
- If someone requests removal/redaction of personal data and it’s legally appropriate, we evaluate and act.
For data handling of forms/cookies, see our Privacy Policy.
We aim for:
- clear headings and structure
- scannable sections and short paragraphs
- meaningful link text
- alt text for relevant images/charts
If you spot an error or missing citation, email post@ceotxt.com with:
- the URL
- what you believe is wrong
- sources (if you have them)
We review credible reports and respond with one of:
- correction
- update/clarification
- no change (with rationale)
- Short excerpts may be quoted with attribution and a link to the original page.
- Republishing full articles requires written permission.
- Do not mirror our content without consent.
We maintain a log of material policy changes.
- 2025‑12‑25: Updated for evergreen standards, clearer AI/citation rules, stronger correction workflow.
